Trafford Hall Hotel might not suit some visitors to Manchester as it is out of town, we chose it as it was within walking distance to the Lowry. The staff were all very lovely, helpful and friendly. The room was comfortable (the shower was the best hotel shower I'd had for a long time) There is plenty of private parking

the room had all the facilities needed iron/ hairdryer/ tea /coffee facilities and 2 very large beds. staff were friendly and helpful and always smiling. the restaurant was amazing, really good food and service and lovely atmosphere. really enjoyed our stay here.

All of the staff were truly exceptional. Nothing was too much trouble and service was always provided with a genuine smile. I would employ any of them and they are a great credit to the hotel. The bed was of a good size and bathroom extremely clean and well presented. Breakfast was better than in the similar style hotels.

Staff were exceptional - my toddler was asleep when we arrived and I was assisted with my check-in and was offered help to carry our bags to our room. Every time we walked by a member of staff, they would greet us with a smile. Breakfast was lovely and again the staff we encountered were wonderfully friendly. Everyone was happy to go above and beyond. We booked a cottage room, which we found out wasn't actually in the main building however this was no problem to us as we had been moved to a room in the main building. Our room was spotless. Exactly what we needed. Location-wise it was less than 10 minutes drive to The Trafford Centre which was exactly what we needed. Would stay here again if we were ever in the area.

Great location for the event we went to at old trafford, a safe and easy walk back at night. Comfortable bed, good breakfast options though they ran out of some by the second day after being particularly busy. Easy tram ride into Manchester central

the staff were exceptional. we checked in at around 11pm. they greeted us with smiles and willing to attend to us although they were ready to leave for home. even though they were back at the hotel in the morning we were met with the same pleasantness.They even accomodated us leaving a little later than we were supposed to . the hotel was spotless the rooms looked brand new smelled beautiful.i have stayed in many properties over the years but i have to say that wherever i find this brand i will be staying there. i cannot express enough how very pleased we were with this hotel.if there is a rating 1000 i would give it to this hotel.

Hotel is fine with cute vintage interior. Beds are large and very comfortable. Breakfast was OK, both English and continental. We slept late every morning so sometimes we missed English breakfast but that's our fault. Restaurant and bar are open all day to evening which is very practical if you arrive late at the hotel. At the time of our stay there were workings on flor above us. Staff was very helpful and they gave us another room. Location is a bit outside of city center but the Metrolink station is just around the corner so connection is really good.

They've upgraded our room for free, we were super thankful. The room and bathroom were really nice, small but had everything we needed. It was amazing that we had the TV. They also let us check out late for free (an extra hour).

Room was large. The bed was large and comfortable (the pillows not so much). There was also a sofa bed in the room which I cannot comment on as we did not use. The dressing table and wardrobe were good. The room in general was very clean. The location was absolutely perfect for the Manchester marathon with the finish line on the same road.

room was bigger than I expected, an upgrade. I was able to check in at 9.30a.m which I wasn't expecting, Breakfast was excellent with good choice available and good price with the discount. Perfect location for me arriving by metro at trafford bar and walking along to old trafford to watch Lancashire play cricket
